- Plan and coordinate department activities to achieve sales and profitability targets set by the director while respecting the current collective agreement
- Ensure the store is ready to receive customers in terms of merchandise quantity, product labeling, perishable goods rotation, and missing product orders
- Organize team work according to operational needs
- Ensure the implementation of in-store merchandising and place orders for the department
- Check and control inventory
- Apply hygiene and safety standards in the sales area as well as company policies and norms
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail business in the relevant department
