Position:
Security Badge Specialist - Access Badges Reports To: Site Security Manager (SSM)


Location:
Cambridge, ON


Shift:
Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00hrs


SUMMARY

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a badging or similar role
  • Must possess customer service experience in a security environment
  • Must possess direct experience working with access control systems (Lenel I.D. Credential center) technology
  • Must possess experience working with badging systems and maintenance.
  • Must possess a security license
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft suite programs specifically Ms. Excel

Essential Duties:

  • Provide friendly, cordial, and exceptional customer service
  • Act as the steward for all general building security desk operations
  • Answer calls, support inquiries and frontdesk operations
  • Onsite key inventory management for access control
  • Issue all personnel badges for the client site using Badging Guard interface with the security Access Control System
  • Directly support security access control and visitor management, internal and external customer relations
