Tasks and Responsibilities:

Day to day scheduling of the Garden Division and problem solving (as relayed from sales team regarding upcoming projects and needs)
Coach Snow Operations Manager and Maintenance Operations Manager, and assist with all teams as needed to ensure efficiency and production goals are being met
Master schedule of Lawn, Garden, and Snow divisions, working with Operations on scheduling as needed
Prepare for and address teams with Welcome to Spring and Welcome to Snow meeting items and info
Employee relations assist in hiring, employee training and development, employee reviews and discipline
Safety including ensuring staff are up to date on safety and training items
Work with Equipment Manager to monitor service teams' equipment, fleet, and tools
Review LMN Time and approve Gardening timesheets, assess job progress, and pass on to crews
Monitor WPL app usage
Work with General Manager on budgets for Lawn, Garden, and Snow Divisions
Track client satisfaction metrics with site visits, surveys, and follow up
Oversee invoicing in Lawn, Garden, and Snow Divisions

Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of landscape materials both hard and soft materials.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Willingness to teach and learn from others

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $80,000 $110,00
Group benefit plan
