Adamson Systems Engineering is a vertically integrated, mixed-mode manufacturer with an extensive range of modern production technologies located in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide.


The
ERP Operations Manager is responsible for leading the company toward Industry 4.0 with the digital integration of the company's manufacturing operations.

A new ERP system will be selected and implemented to achieve this goal.

They will liaise with department heads to conduct digital needs analyses, propose remedies to constraints, and identify new features and capabilities to implement within the ERP system.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Selection and implementation of a new ERP system
  • Expanding ERP functionality / rollout of new features to ERP system
  • Lead efforts to streamline supply chain management & inventory
  • Guide the material resource planning (MRP) team in daytoday operations
  • Review continuously the operational needs of the company
  • Implement company vision in cooperation with the executive team, via strategic organizational development initiatives
  • Make key recommendations towards digital infrastructure and development
  • Participate in hiring processes where appropriate
  • Other duties and projects as required

ERP Integration Manager Requirements:


  • MBA or bachelor's degree in business, logistics/supply chain management or other related studies
  • Experience bringing online new ERP systems/improving existing systems
  • Strong experience in a discrete manufacturing environment
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
