Located in the Okanagan

1-2 years' experience working in retail, hospitality or customer service
1-2 years' experience working in labour, warehouse or landscaping


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Salary:
$800.00-$1,300.00 per week


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
