The Role:
The
Project Manager
is responsible for executing project plans and schedules, and ensure the highest safety and quality standards with various high-rise development projects.
- Implement project goals and maintain project schedule and efficiency.
- Succinctly and accurately prepares agenda and minutes for internal and external meetings.
- Following up on the action items from the meeting minutes.
- Assists with RFP and review of fee proposals.
- Reviews all consultant drawings during design development.
- Reviews BIM models and provides clash detection reports for various projects at pre
- Assists with coordinating design drawings with the advisement of construction and management team to resolve the drawings issues.
- Assists with coordination with Sales and Marketing and Construction Teams, respectively, in the lead up to sales launches as well as construction starts.
- Assists with keeping Madison Group's Operating Manual up to date.
- Reviews and provides DXP report review for each Data Drop submission for multiple projects.
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University Degree in Architecture or College Degree in Architectural Technology.
- A minimum of 45 years of relevant work experience within the residential real estate development industry, specifically High-Rise Constriction Management
- Scope Review, Procore & Construction Knowledge are all a must
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, CAD, Adobe Creative, Microsoft.
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
- Uses clear, concise, and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and staff.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Permanent, Full-Time (8:30am to 5:00pm)
