We are currently seeking a part time
Overnight Parking Facility
Supervisor
for our Toronto Pearson Airport location.

The Supervisor will ensure a smooth-running operation and customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our clients.

Completing daily administration tasks including approving payroll, completing reports, and adhering to H&S and HR policies is key to the success of this role.


What Would You Be Doing?

  • Point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs. Works closely with property management to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner
  • Payroll approval
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual operational reports and Tracking Logs as required
  • Complete H&S required surveys
  • Staff training, coaching, mentoring and general staff management
  • Additional duties as assigned

What Are the Working Conditions?

  • Must be able to work alone with mínimal supervision
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
  • Must be able to lift to 20 lbs.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 23 years of Supervisor/ Lead Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to clearly and efficiently communication both written and verbally
  • Strong leadership skills are key in this role to achieve maximum productivity
  • Experience working on Union environment
  • Good Organization and Ability to Deal with Changes
  • Ability to work efficiently independently, in a team, and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
  • A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervisior
  • Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid G license and a clean driving record
