Pearle Hospitality is seeking cooksto join our diverse and enthusiastic team of hard working and passionate individuals. We have full-time and part-time positions available.


Qualifications:


  • Good knife skills
  • Able to follow instruction and complete jobs in a timely manner
  • Basic understanding of professional kitchen systems
  • Experience in a fastpaced kitchen is an asset
  • Able to work well independently and as a team
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Organized with a strong focus and commitment to quality
  • Must have an understanding of written and spoken English
  • Hardworking, dependable and reliable
  • Passion for quality ingredients
  • Up to date on current trends, dishes and chefs in the industry
  • POSITIVE PERSONALITY, MOTIVATED AND PASSIONATE

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to tolerate standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Work in a fastpaced environment

Professional Requirements:


  • Some experience as a prep and/or line cook (preferred)
  • Culinary students welcome to apply

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week


Salary:
$16.50-$18.50 per hour
