Qualifications:
- Good knife skills
- Able to follow instruction and complete jobs in a timely manner
- Basic understanding of professional kitchen systems
- Experience in a fastpaced kitchen is an asset
- Able to work well independently and as a team
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Organized with a strong focus and commitment to quality
- Must have an understanding of written and spoken English
- Hardworking, dependable and reliable
- Passion for quality ingredients
- Up to date on current trends, dishes and chefs in the industry
- POSITIVE PERSONALITY, MOTIVATED AND PASSIONATE
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to tolerate standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Work in a fastpaced environment
Professional Requirements:
- Some experience as a prep and/or line cook (preferred)
- Culinary students welcome to apply

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
Salary:
$16.50-$18.50 per hour
