DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide correct parts to mechanics for shop work orders
Keep service parts stock area in order
Sourcing parts from aftermarket vendors
Respond to customer inquiries for parts sale
Drive sales growth by crossselling, add on sales and exceptional customer service.
Provide troubleshooting support and service to customers experiencing problems in the field and selling repair parts as needed.
Document customer quality issues as they arise and work with the team to resolve issues in a cost effective and expeditious manner.

Utilize company information systems to process orders timely and accurately

Provide administrative support to the Service and Warranty Manager
Work together with Inventory management to maintain proper Service Department stock levels
Enter outsourced parts onto Service work orders and issue Purchase Orders to Vendors
Process internal Laser cut part orders issued from other Gincor Werx companies
Other duties as assigned by the manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

13 years parts experience.
Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable with our products and services.
A great mix of technical skills, customer management and an ability to close the sale
Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and great attitude.
Experience working with high volumes of product.
Ability to work independently with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adept at working with urgency and deadlines.
Followup skills.
Strong analytical skills.
