Area of Interest: Information technology- A career as a Network Security Practice Lead reporting to the Senior Director of Asset Protection at National Bank means playing a strategic role in transmitting the security vision of your field to the Delivery Towers, thanks to your increased experience in the fields of security governance and compliance.


Your role

  • Be responsible for the governance of the network security services such as perimeter protection, segmentation, infrastructure, and communications.
  • Define cybersecurity control requirements to enforce network security standards.
  • Define and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring the network security posture to assess the maturity of security controls and improve cybersecurity processes.
  • Work in project and delivery mode, prioritizing activities according to vision, security needs, threat scenarios and cybersecurity risks.
  • Participate in the definition of action plans required to achieve compliance within the bank.
  • Implement and coordinate Agile (Scrum) workshops with key delivery stakeholders regarding network security strategy and issues.
  • Coach targeted stakeholders as needed to ensure transfer of required network security knowledge.

Basic requirements

  • At least 8 to 10 years of recent experience in information and network security.
  • Excellent knowledge of the security of cloud environments, telecommunication systems, and Web technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of secure data transfer.
  • Good knowledge of Zero Trust security practices, key concepts and guiding principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of several wellknown security standards such as NIST 800xx, PCI, CSA, C2M2, CoBIT x, GDPR, HIPPA, ISO2700x, SOX.
  • Excellent knowledge of the AWS and Azure cloud environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of secure data transfer.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, an asset.
