Office Administrator to join the team in

What You'll Be Doing:


As our Accounting Associate, you need to be a quick learner, flexible, adaptable, proactive, and possess a high aptitude for time management.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, passion for the industry, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role will administrate our accounts payable, receivables and payroll to ensure journal entries are made quickly and accurately.


On a daily basis, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Finance on maintaining journal entries, reporting, providing status updates.


What You'll Need to Know:


  • Accounts payable processing
  • Maintain GL accounts and financial statements
  • Bank reconciliations, expense reconciliations
  • Visa statements, entries and reconciliations


Compensation (including bonuses and benefits) is competitive and will be tailored to match the qualification and skill of the individual applicant.


Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
