What you will be doing:


The role of the Shift Lead is a developmental position, whereby you have proven yourself in the Customer Service Representative position and have also expressed interest in advancement into a management role.


In addition, you will:

  • Be a proud brand ambassador
  • You will be a handson leader, exemplifying great customer service and working through any customer concerns or challenges
  • You will be the Manager on Duty when Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager are unavailable
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on our products and processes, including completing the manager training program
  • Adhere to established loss prevention standards (i.e., loan and check cashing decision criteria, cash management, password protection, drawer management, and dual authorization)

What you should have:


  • You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • 9 months of customer service experience will be an asset
  • 9 months of cash handling experience will be an asset
  • Availability to work fulltime
