What you will be doing:

The role of the Shift Lead is a developmental position, whereby you have proven yourself in the Customer Service Representative position and have also expressed interest in advancement into a management role.

In addition, you will:

Be a proud brand ambassador
You will be a handson leader, exemplifying great customer service and working through any customer concerns or challenges
You will be the Manager on Duty when Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager are unavailable
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on our products and processes, including completing the manager training program
Adhere to established loss prevention standards (i.e., loan and check cashing decision criteria, cash management, password protection, drawer management, and dual authorization)

What you should have:

You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule
9 months of customer service experience will be an asset
9 months of cash handling experience will be an asset
Availability to work fulltime
