Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to endusers for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups.
• Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.
• As you will be the initial onsite Ottawa technician, you must be a self starter who can function well individually but also, and most importantly, as a team. You will have the support and guidance of our entire Vaughan team making the ability to reach out and work together while apart, essential.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
• Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
• Cable Management
• Office 365 / Microsoft 36
• VoIP
• Previous knowledge of Medical and Dental PMS would be considered an asset.

Given that we travel to our clients, you must have a reliable car with a valid Ontario G-Class Drivers License and clean driving record.

Salary:
$55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

• Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
