Previous experience with hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and polishers
Experience working in a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment is ideal
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Proficiency in performing tasks within a work setting with elevated temperatures, dust, and high noise levels
Able to wear a fullface respirator while working
Reliable transportation, as HERD is not accessible via public transportation routes
