Using a variety of manual tools and machinery, you will be responsible for meticulously refining and perfecting the surfaces of our products, removing any excess materials, and achieving a superior level of polish.

This role is physically demanding and is well-suited for individuals who derive satisfaction from delivering exceptional work.

  • Previous experience with hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and polishers
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, construction or industrial environment is ideal
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Proficiency in performing tasks within a work setting with elevated temperatures, dust, and high noise levels
  • Able to wear a fullface respirator while working
  • Reliable transportation, as HERD is not accessible via public transportation routes
