Job Description:
The Outbound Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring shipments and maintaining customs compliance, assisting the Logistics Supervisor as requested.
They will action logistics tickets, track shipments, perform data entry and KPI tracking and liaise with carriers and internal departments to troubleshoot any issues and ensure shipments arrive at their destination within the required timeframes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve logistics tickets and issues in a timely manner
- Track outbound and return shipments; contact carriers with inquiries as needed
- Ensure SSENSE Service Level Agreements with transport Carriers and transport partners are upheld by reviewing carrier performance dashboards and reports
- Communicate with internal (Customer service and Warehouse) and external (Carriers, brokers) stakeholders to troubleshoot shipments
- Participate in defining and implementing new logistics processes within the company
- Contribute to the preparation and update of weekly performance reports
- Observe, suggest, and improve internal processes as required
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field
- A minimum of 12 years experience within a logistics environment
- Experience working in an ecommerce environment, an asset
- Experience working with a ticketing system (Zendesk)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
