Your day-to-day activities will include:


  • Conduct organizationwide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Map out annual training plans by job profile
  • Research and recommend third party H&S training providers
  • Coordinate and schedule H&S training dates
  • Schedule and assign required H&S training to employees
  • Track and upload training certificates into eCompliance
  • Currently enrolled or recently completed a postsecondary program/certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Food and Ag Business, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience working with eCompliance and Eventbrite an asset.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to research and identify reliable sources of information.
