Requirements:


Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven work experience as a Marketing & Communications Specialist or similar role.
A Problem-solver - Leading with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Proficient using marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Able to manage, monitor and wrap up campaigns with actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills. Able to juggle multiple projects at once.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of video editing, CMS, social media scheduling software is a plus.
Experience in Canadian Healthcare industry is a bonus.
