Purpose of Role:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, along with receiving and verifying orders for Weir products and services.

They will offer internal support to the management of the Office & Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus Area: Provide pricing and parts availability, as well as relevant product information to internal and external customers, responding within customerspecified deadlines
  • Focus Area: Resolve customer's issues directly; liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and customer
  • Focus Area: Handle service quotations, orders and closure
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • 25 years of customer service experience
  • SAP experience
