Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
  • Set up and maintain computer networks, including VPN and firewall configurations
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to enduser problems
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes

Experience:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and MacOS
  • Experience with network setup and configuration, including VPN and firewall management

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus

Pay:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour


Expected hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed
