Description

We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our team and oversee all administrative tasks throughout the day for our organization.


Clinical Coordinator responsibilities include welcoming patients as they check-in to our facility, delivering results to patients and replenishing the facility's medical supplies.


To ensure success, clinical coordinators should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and IT skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day activities of the healthcare facility.


RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Managing the practitioners' diaries 2. Organising follow up appointments 3. Taking payments and account management 4. Test ordering and liaising with laboratories, ensuring test results are back with patients before their follow up. 5. Keeping accurate records of test orders and invoices 6. Greeting clients and providing support to patients where necessary 7. Occasional handling of general enquiries 8. Stock control of office consumables and testing kits.

Skills required (essential)

  • High level organisational and administrative skillsHigh level spoken and written communication skills.

Someone who is good at multi-taking and has the ability to use their initiativeSomeone who is a quick learner and is a team player.

An individual who has the ability to implement systems and processesKnowledge of the nutrition and medical sector.


Skills desired

  • Previous experience in a clinic environmentQualified nutritionistExperience in managing practitioners

Job Type:
Seasonal

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
$53.54-$72.34 per hour


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abbotsford, BC V2S 6A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
