The Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in planning, organizing, controlling and measuring the employees and activities of the Sales Department.
They will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and the establishment of performance standards for the new and used sales departments.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, motivate and train sales team to achieve maximum results.
- Perform tradein appraisals.
- Provide coaching and leadership on best sales practices to the sales team.
- Maintain positive and successful guest relationships, ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Assist with leading daily and monthly sales meetings when necessary.
- Maintain active involvement in all sales inquiries and the execution of effective sales practices including personal interaction with each and every guest. Meet guests early in the sales process; communicate direction and instruction to sales consultants throughout the sales process.
- Monitor reconditioning so that vehicles are ready in a timely, costeffective manner while maintaining a high degree of quality.
- Promote a strong focus on New & Pre-Owned sales
- Conduct regular performance reviews, assist with upper management requests and other various duties that may arise

- Selfmotivated individual with the ability to work autonomously to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail, quick learner with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Previous sales management experience
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Valid VSA license
- Chrysler management and or RV experience would be an asset.

Salary:
Earning potential is uncapped and will grow with the growth of the company
Salary:
$90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
