This position, along with the other Senior Clinical Advisor (s), will support the North American market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the Healthcare Sector team to develop and implement a strategy to build Diversey's brand credibility and market share in the infection prevention arena
Build Diversey's industry credibility and thought leadership position by providing education at national conferences, symposia, seminars, chapter and state/provincial meetings, and industry forums/publications
Develop the capabilities of the Diversey sales team in the infection prevention arena, including the development and delivery of training content, development and delivery of cleaning protocols, and participation in sales calls
Work directly with end user facilities and key stakeholders (i.e. Infection Control Professionals/Preventionists, Infectious Disease (ID) physicians, nursing, EVS and other healthcare stakeholders) as an infection prevention expert to improve process, resolve technical issues and be a sustaining resource.
Assist with the implementation of large scale product conversions, through the provision of inservice education to the end users.
Work with end users and key opinion leaders to design and execute studies and white papers to support evidencebased best practices.
Lead our relationship with industry partners (i.e. AHE, APIC, IPAC-Canada, SHEA) including active participation in events, planning committees, and annual scholarship programs
Collaborate jointly with the portfolio and sector marketing teams to launch product and service offerings that support the Diversey value proposition
As a part of a cross functional team, develop value added services and tools for customers (i.e., risk assessments, outbreak toolkits, educational tools, evidence based protocol)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, Medical Technologist, Public Health, or Microbiologist
5+ years of experience in infection prevention
Current Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC)
Ability to travel 50%
Strong presentation and communication skills (job requires presentations to large groups and individuals)
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
Written communication skills (job requires content development for white papers, articles and technical bulletins)
Strong collaboration skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Comfort level in the use of Power Point, Word, Google Docs, Excel, conducting literature searches, use of navigation apps
