Regional Sales Manager -
Manitoba & South Saskatchewan will manage a strategically focused team in this instrumental role as ADAMA Canada advances its' portfolio of solutions-based products and services, maximizing both customer and company value.

This role reports directly to National Sales Manager and must be located within the region.

Fundamental Areas of Focus:


  • Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to the Area Business Managers within the assigned region.
  • Drives business growth by adding, leading and developing new Area Business Managers as needed
  • Manage spending across the region to ensure alignment with assigned budgets and sales performance
  • Work with key customers to identify partnership opportunities to drive sales and deliver the brand promise.
  • Manage regional distribution contacts to support understanding & implementation of account strategy including development of joint sales and marketing plans
  • Provide input to Demand Creation and Product Management teams on marketing strategies and tactics to help deliver sales objectives
  • Partner with the Technical Sales Agronomists assigned to the region in executing on product trial demo plans and customer technology transfer.
  • Accurately forecast the region's business.
  • Champion compliance, product stewardship, and employee safety.

  • Must be able to accommodate travel including International and some overnight and weekend commitments.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of proven sales and/or account management experience
