The Dufresne Group is currently seeking an
SRO Business Partner for our Strategic Realization Office (SRO) Team within our
Home Office located at
147 Commerce Drive in
Winnipeg, MB.**As an SRO Business Partner you will combine strategic thinking, leadership, effective collaboration, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Acting as a liaison among teams, stakeholders, and departments, this position drives project success and ensures efficient execution. In this role you will identify improvement areas, implement changes, and align organizational goals. Working closely with senior leadership, you will integrate diverse business aspects to enhance organizational effectiveness, growth, and transformation. This role significantly impacts the organization's overall performance, competitiveness, and success by aligning business strategies with operations.

It involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects aligned with business objectives while assessing and strategizing to bridge gaps within the organization.

As the SRO Business Partner you will:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate company goals into strategic initiatives, advising stakeholders on key business decisions regarding project management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Foster synergy among departments by devising strategies that enhance interdepartmental collaboration, leading organizational change, innovation, and transformation initiatives to drive growth and competitiveness.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive insights, support decisionmaking, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, collaborating on risk assessment and governance matters.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating strategic plans to gain organizational support.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee project activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new areas for analysis and adapting strategies to evolving business needs.
  • Assess current processes against goals, identify root causes for deficiencies, collaborate on action plans to address gaps, and document findings and progress reports for informed decisionmaking.
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, and other materials to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in project management, change management, LEAN, and understanding of relevant tools, methodologies, and software are considered assets.
  • 3+ years of proven strategic experience in a business setting, demonstrating strong business acumen and a keen understanding of industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, and proficiency in interpreting complex information and drawing meaningful conclusions, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, influential abilities across all organizational levels, and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and change management in businessrelated projects, along with managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Leadership skills complemented by a collaborative mindset, showcasing proficiency in navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Expertise in data collection and analysis techniques, leveraging strong analytical skills to conduct gap analyses effectively.
  • Ability to travel within North America (approximately 10% of time).
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • A satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required.
