Client Success Analyst Intern - Oakville, Canada - Javelin Technologies Inc.
Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilization of problemsolving skills and processes to assist our clients.
- Determining and setting priority levels on customer issues to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Obtaining relevant certifications in SolidWorks, and related products.
- Extensive use of Oracle NetSuite and the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient and 3DSupport web portals.
- Minimal to no travel required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university engineering program.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling; SOLIDWORKS preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, and via electronic webbased services internally and with clients).
- Prior customer service experience an asset.
- Forwardthinking troubleshooting skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with various drafting standards and engineering practices an asset.
- Understanding of vast manufacturing terminology and processes an asset.
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking, an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks is essential.
