We are currently looking for a Full Time QC Inspector with Nace Level 2 certification for a client in Nisku, AB.
Job Responsibilities

  • Review the scope of work, specifications, client procedures, applicable codes for each job.
  • Follow ITP to witness the coating inspection.
  • Verify qualification of painters and blasters review their qualification cards.
  • Conduct surveillance on performance of painters and blasters in compliance with
  • Monitor weather, blasting and coating and review records of inspection.
  • Review inspection equipment calibration certificates.
  • Conduct blasting inspection and check profile.
  • Monitoring coating and taking WFT readings
  • Witness coating holiday test.
  • Final coating inspection and verifying DFT.
  • Spool load out inspection.
  • Sign off all ITP stages and coating reports.
Qualification
