Site Supervisor

Hourly Rate:
$16 per hour (Part Time)

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in cleaning and supervision? We are currently seeking an Site Supervisor to join our team.

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility, overseeing a team of cleaners, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Inspect designated areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Handle and resolve any cleaningrelated issues or complaints from administration, tenants, or customers.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for the cleaning team.
Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address cleaningrelated needs and maintain a positive working relationship.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment such as auto scrubbers, extractors, and chemicals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management.
