The
Director, Marketing at CBI Health is responsible for leading the organization's marketing and client-centric communications activities.

Focusing on the Rehabilitation Services business, the primary objective of this role is to increase awareness, trial, and ongoing use of CBI Health's services to ultimately achieve industry-leading growth for the business.

This role will be accountable for managing the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis.

As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will report directly to the COO and must be a strong team player, aligned with our mission and values.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:


Strategic Marketing:


  • Create and execute a multiyear marketing plan that supports business objectives, ensuring that inyear performance targets are set, monitored, and achieved.
  • Develop and manage budget and resources to optimize ROI
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand/service awareness and support clinic success
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, from concept through execution, spanning all marketing channels (as appropriate), including traditional, digital, local, and eventbased marketing.
  • Identify and oversee market research to better understand target audiences and identify consumer trends.
  • Work with the Real Estate team to help identify the locations best suited to client acquisition, access, and retention.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand alignment, effective management of acquisitions, and consistent messaging / positioning.
  • Engage with Operations and the Leadership Team to influence and enhance client services for consumers
  • Create programs and playbooks for local clinic leadership to support community engagement, wordofmouth referrals, sponsorships, and grassroots awareness and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Content Creation and Measurement:


  • Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Oversee and/or support local content development across the network

Team Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Lead, performance manage, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Manage external marketing relationships, partnerships, and agencies.
  • Work closely with the COO, the Analytics Team, and the Leadership Team to conduct market and metrics analysis and support sales/growth strategies.
  • Align clinical and marketing strategies with Clinical Operations.
  • Work with internal brand development team and graphics resources to ensure communications are on brand

Effective Communication:


  • Develop and execute a clientcentric communications plan to achieve brand and service awareness goals.
  • Work will clinics in developing an effective local media presence
  • Work closely with internal media relations resource on communications issues, including media relations and crisis management.

Qualifications:


  • University degree or college diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
years of experience in the field, including leadership experience managing and motivating a team

  • Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to create, develop and enhance client relationships and client experience
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute on Marketing strategies within budget to meet quarterly goals
  • Experience with customer segmentation with excellent analytic capabilities
  • Ability to collaboratively solve problems and effectively influence across teams and levels
