Kenvue, is currently recruiting for:
Quality Systems Specialist I
for a
12- months contract for the day shift and will be part of the Catalyst LIMS ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook) project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for connecting with the Enterprise Kenvue network to define and deploy technology strategies as they relate to the Guelph site and to share across sites best practices and knowledge as Catalyst LIMS development progresses
- Drafting equipment and software qualification protocols and reports and executing approved qualification protocol test cases for new equipment.
- Develop, test and implement coded procedures (Catalyst LIMS) to support quality laboratory testing.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop/improve processes in order to meet Regulatory requirements, and lead/facilitate the implementation phase of Catalyst LIMS
- Assist with Project Management activities, including owning change controls and deliverables related to site projects that are impactful to related quality systems and Catalyst LIMS
- Supporting successful regulatory and Internal audit activities.
Qualifications:
What we are looking for
Education, Experience and Skills:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or related program
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a Laboratory or Quality Assurance setting including equipment and system lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of GxP practices (GMP, GDP and GLP)
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience with a food, water or pharmaceutical laboratory
- Ability to work both independently or as an integral member of the team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and multitasking capabilities
- Strong personal computer skills
- Enjoy working to multiple deadlines in a dynamic and fastpaced team environment
