What you will do:

The
Communications Advisor is an integral part of our Marketing team. Our marketing team gives a voice and image to our brands.

The communications advisor will re responsible to create and maintain communications and partnerships with internal and external teams, the media etc.

This is a key role that requires a sharp eye for details and a dedication to outstanding results.


Responsibilities:


  • Create communications, press releases, content marketing etc for current and future communication needs
  • Initiate and develop relationships with internal partners local spas, different teams and leadership
  • Initiate and develop relationships with external partners the media, inlfuencers, the press, etc.
  • Ensure effective response rates, effective external communications plan, as they relate to complaints or questions from the general public
  • Collaborate with the other members of the marketing team to create and develop advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain a library of communications, press releases, communications plans, memos etc.
  • Help develop, maintain and update the tone and visual tyle in accordance with internal guidelines.

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Minimum of college degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
  • Minimum of
    5 (five) years' experience with at least 3 (three) in a similar role
  • Knowledge of digital and social media advertising
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English)
