Medical Governance Associate
The Medical Governance Associate is a head-office based professional within the Medical Affairs team.
The individual is responsible for medical governance activities and mitigation strategies and will work closely with cross functional colleagues across the local Pharma organization.
Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment.What you will do:
- Responsible for managing the Rainbow App (system for managing learning events and advisory boards), including user support and troubleshooting
- Provide operational support for the design and implementation of system enhancements
- Implement and conduct medical governance monitoring activities and mitigation strategies
- Assist with management of local audit activities involving Medical Affairs
- Develop and update new Canadian medical governance processes, QSDs, and training
Who you are:
- Degree in health sciences or health professional
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (minimum 1 year)
- Experience using or managing IT solutions / systems / apps
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and problem solve
- Willingness to take initiative, while maintaining flexibility and adapting to changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail
