Overview of The Role

The intern will be working with both the CMDB and ServiceDesk team. They will be responsible for helping the CMDB lead with audits and reports. They will also be helping the ServiceDesk team with KBAs and operational issues.

We have a big Onboarding/ Offboarding project that will start in the new fiscal year and they will be involved which I'm sure they will get much experience out of it since it touches several areas of IT.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

Recently obtained or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's in Computer Science or any relevant education or a related field;
Strong interpersonal skills and Team spirit
Bilingual
Organized with problem solving skills
