Inside Sales Representative - Brockville, Canada - Daltco Electric & Supply
Description
Daltco Electric is Eastern Ontario's largest independent electrical automation and lighting distributor. Daltco Electric serves the industrial, residential, and commercial marketplace from its three locations in Kingston, Brockville, and Ottawa.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests which include order picking, order entry, pricing, etc.
- Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
- Responsible for timely customer quotations and quotations follow up.
- Provide industry leading customer service.
- Resolve productrelated problems for customers in a timely manner, e.g. defective products and the return of products.
- Drive additional business by making outbound calls to a provided list of customers.
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, branch meetings and sales meetings as requested.
- Other duties as requested.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Must have electrical product knowledge.
- AS400 experience would be an asset.
- Eager to learn with a team player approach to tasks.
- Ability to work and keep pace in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail, organized and focused.
