Position Scope


We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work with other coordinators and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality and service.


Key Responsibilities**- Ensuring that each new project is commenced in accordance with Standard Procedure for Project Start-up, as may be delegated by the Project Manager

  • Day to day management, monitoring and correction of project construction to ensure compliance with the Master Schedule, Control Budget and Contract Documents in accordance with the duties outlined herein, as may be delegated by the Project Manager
  • Review, action and respond to daily project correspondence. Action and completion of project issues from incoming communications through to filing of completed items, as may be delegated by the Project Manager
  • Managing sales projects from contract to completion, including scheduling deliveries and account reconciliation
  • Providing calendar management
  • Creating and updating highlevel reports and presentations
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with customers
  • Fielding all phone calls from clients and addressing their needs
  • Other general office duties and adhoc projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, engineering technology or similar engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of projectrelated experience
  • Highly developed PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven Project Management Skills, highly organized, goaloriented, sense of urgency, detailoriented and able to manage changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision but as part of a tightknit team
  • Capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines, understand business needs and objectives
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel to project sites as may require from time to time
