Description

Power-Tek Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our mechanical division. This leadership role is responsible for providing excellent customer relations and supporting the technicians with technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

Strive to create a positive, safe, and productive team culture for technicians in all aspects of their work.
Supervise and direct HVAC/R technicians to complete required service and maintenance work
Coordinate all other aspects of technician schedules including vacation, sick days, On-Call, etc.
Provide technical support to technicians as requested and/or direct technicians to appropriate external support.
Provide safety checkin and technical support to afterhours On-Call technician(s) on a rotating basis.
Prepare quotes for Service and Preventative Maintenance work as requested.
Help generate new business by promoting the company and its services to prospective clients.
Review completed jobs in preparation for invoicing. Followup with technicians as needed.
Oversee Preventative Maintenance contract scheduling.
Provide input on recruiting, hiring, training and coordination of technicians

Requirements:

Demonstrated excellent leadership and management experience, especially in the service trades.
Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5+ years experience as an HVAC Journeyperson.
313A/G1 licenses preferred.
Microsoft Office suite, Service Software, Adobe Acrobat.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and background check.
Ability and willingness to work oncall as required.

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
