The position involves cooperative work with across all departments within the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Daily screening of applicants
- Interview students to understand their objectives and background.
- Support the Regional Manager in their sales efforts, including responding to inquiries
- Work closely with the partner college to ensure compliance and accurate processes.
- Stay up to date on all changes to admissions criteria and program entry requirements.
- Provide clarifications to queries in a fast, efficient and professional manner.
- Advise applicants about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, housing, services and cost.
- Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate reports
- Keep documentation updated such as student records, directories, procedure manuals, program templates and transfer credit policies.
- Responsible for producing and keeping records of all Agent Agreements
- Provide assistance in some recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and offcampus events.
- Maintains the accuracy and integrity of student records, both for ILAC HE internal purposes and for external compliance purposes.
- Maintains positive and constructive relations with colleagues across the ILAC HE matrix
- Maintains excellent knowledge of the ILAC HE software processes and databases
- Supports in the orientation sessions for the new students
Job-Specific Competencies
- Excellent command of the English language
- College Diploma or higher, University degree preferred
- 2 + years of Admissions experience, preferably in the international education sector
- Show a commitment to providing an extremely high level of customer service internally and externally
- Enthusiastic, energetic and excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience of working with international students
