As a
Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for all the activities related to the delivery of products and services to the site of a key account.

The Site Supervisor supports PPG's Automotive Coatings division and you will report to the region's Optima Solutions Site Manager. Come join the PPG team

Key Responsibilities

Maintain responsibility for the successful profitability of an Automotive coatings plant; Oversee planning of PPG personnel and products to achieve maximum customer service and product performance.
Meeting agreed upon goals for sales, business growth, expense control, and others.
Gather competitive information and create strategies to ensure PPG's success and performance.
Identify and resolve problems with customers and prepare accurate business plans including forecasts.
Manage inventory programs, sample programs, and new product introduction programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience; Coatings sales and service experience is preferred.
University or College degree in the Sciences.
Ability to develop and direct a technical service team.
