The opportunity:
Responsible for delivering onsite, telephonic and virtual Critical Incident Stress Management intervention after a traumatic workplace event, as well as consultation for CIR and related services.

What you will do:
- Support clients virtually in the immediate aftermath following a traumatic workplace event;
- Provide a preliminary assessment of a presenting workplace situation, and coach managers as required;
- Organize traumatic event support services by interacting with internal clients, external clients and affiliate providers;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by the Trauma team;
- Occasionally travel onsite to deliver defusing, debriefing or onsite support for terminations/downsizings;
- Facilitate interventions within a corporate environment.
Who we are looking for:
- Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Social Work;
- Registration with professional College (when available) or Counselling Association;
- Bilingualism in English and French is required;
- Post master's clinical experience;
- CISM, CISD or Psychological First Aid training or EMDR certification is an asset;
- Demonstrated crisis management skills and ability to provide crisis solutions to clients;
- Group counselling or facilitation experience is an asset;
- A valid driver's license is required.
