Position Summary
As a Coordinator, you will coordinate administrative tasks with Project Managers, Jobsite personnel, and estimating.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate information to project teams, Clients, Vendors, and Sub-Contractors promptly.
- Analyze and maintain accurate project data.
- Organize electronic documents consistently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain EPM software precision.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts to suppliers.
- Support Managers in project procurement and tracking.
- Expedite shop drawing packages for approvals and submission.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers, and team members.
- Complete closeout documentation for submission to Owners/Consultants.
- Manage prequalification documentation creation, updates, and tracking.
Qualifications / Skillsets
- Punctual and Professional.
- Experience in construction administration.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- EPM software proficiency.
- Positive-minded team player with the ability to work independently.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Pay:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
