is seeking a motivated individual for our
_Logistics & Inventory Support_ role in our Grain Systems division in Saskatoon, SK.

This person would play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing shipments, inventory control, and operational support.

Working closely with the Logistics & Procurement Manager, this role involves handling outgoing shipments, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and participating in operational tasks both in the shop and in the field.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Inventory Management
  • Stock inbound orders and package goods for shipment.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop & wash bay.
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate fire suppression screen projects & installation.
  • Schedule and track deliveries for various equipment.
  • Shipping & Documentation
  • Prepare shipping docks and match products with orders.
  • Inspect products for quality and proper code dating.
  • Manage paperwork and records for shipment.
  • Operational Support
  • Oversee loading of shipments.
  • Conduct quality audits of outgoing items.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Logistics Assistance
  • Perform deliveries using company vehicles.
  • Use power and machine tools for mechanical tasks.

Desired Qualifications & Traits

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work in both the shop & field environments.
