Position Summary:


Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Support role will support CareRx Pharmacy's service offering by ensuring safe and efficient shipping, receiving and storage of items required to operate the pharmacy.


It is a Monday to Friday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm shift.

Your Day To Day:


  • Ensure all return to stock strip medication collected through individual pharmacy pods
  • Ensure safe workplace techniques are used at all times
  • Monitoring of pharmacy inventory for expired product
  • Assist with inventory counts when required
  • Maintaining and monitoring of pharmacy inventory when required
- perform minor maintenance in the pharmacy when required

  • Complete daily tasks in accordance with established workplace policies and procedures
  • Consult with members of the pharmacy management when there are unresolved issues surrounding day to day work functions
  • Follow all corporate regulations, policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards as well as a clean and safe work environment
  • Miscellaneous Warehouse support functions as assigned

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Must have basic computer skills; Knowledge of the KROLL system would be an asset
  • Selfdirected requiring mínimal supervision and able to work independently
  • Must be motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
  • Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment, procedures and tasks
  • Dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties
