Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decisionmaking for the business.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to assist in planning and strategy.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather financial information and support business initiatives.
- Assist with monthend and yearend financial close processes, including reconciliation and analysis.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update financial databases and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Stay informed about financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
