What we would expect from you:

College certificate (or higher) in HR or a related field
Administer payroll through ADP's Work Force Now platform
Able to work in a fast paced environment. Due to seasonal changes, our staff double over the summer. Lots of new hires in the spring and lots of people leaving in the fall to go back to school.
Oversee, coordinate, manage, and delegate tasks to one other payroll team member
Administer Health Benefits program
Submit WSIB Form 7's
Schedule and coordinating performance reviews
Track staff work anniversaries
Address HR issues as they arise in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
Grow and shape current and future talent within our organization
