Human Resources Assistant
Join our dynamic team at Linamar Transportation as a Human Resources Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department as needed.

Key Accountabilities
- Inputting employee information, records, and files and maintain HR database
- Assisting in job postings and recruiting
- Preparing orientation for new hires and transfers
- Benefits administration
- Entering all LEAN suggestions into program and monthly reporting
- Ensuring that all employee files and data are maintained and correct in accordance with legislation and company policies and procedures
- Assisting in the completion of Health & Safety programs
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Preparing letters, memos, and power points when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of postsecondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or Human Resources Management.
- Experience in HR or Administration role an asset
- Experience in the Transportation industry an asset
