We have a great opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Crown Autobody & Glass, where we are one of the largest collision centre groups in Manitoba and operate state of the art autobody shops.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing product knowledge on parts and exceptional service to all the customers that you will interact with.

Qualifications:

Automotive knowledge
Service Industry experience
Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in computer skills
Customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Routinely walking, standing, bending for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

What you'll do:

Order and complete parts orders and verify orders match shipping documents
Perform inventory onhand checks and corrections
Assist customers with ordering and selecting parts requests to technicians
Maintain clean, organize and safe parts and delivery area
Other duties as assigned
