The Role
The bilingual Revenue Operations Specialist (ROS) will support the Sales Operations Manager in ensuring the Global Sales Teams are set up for success and following an effective Sales Process.
The SOS will monitor Sales Pipeline Accuracy, assist with Sales Onboarding & Training, Audit Closed-Won Orders, Review CRM Data Integrity, and work with the sales Operations team to complete ad-hoc projects, and document processes.
The ROS will liaise heavily with Business Unit Leaders and Key Stakeholders from Finance, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
You are well organized, self-directed team player. Skilled at relationship building and change management. Comfortable with day-to-day tasks and taking on new projects. Confident enough to liaise with key stakeholders and ask important questions. Process and procedure-oriented with experience supporting Sales Teams and working out of a CRM Tool. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities when new deadlines arise. Proactive when it comes to CRM data integrity, and happy to support your teammates.What You'll Bring
- College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Salesforce Administrators Credentials (Asset)
- 25 Years in a Sales Supporting Role
- Experience with cleaning and organizing data in Excel
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Accountability for actions and results can work with strict deadlines
- CRM Tool Experience, Subject matter expertise in Traditional Sales Processes & Procedures
- Excellent at Relationship Building, a Team Player
