Job Summary
UGE develops, owns, and operates community and commercial solar and energy storage projects, primarily in the United States.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, we are on the front lines, working to accelerate the transition to clean, reliable energy.

Our team is growing quickly, and we seek a talented and motivated individual to join our FP&A team.


Reporting Relationships
**Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and use financial models for forecasting.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budget.
  • Support the FP&A Manager to prepare nearterm and longterm financial forecasts.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on the overall company's performance on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with functional departments and business leaders across the company to build and enhance reporting needs as necessary.
  • Play a key role in updating and maintaining UGE's corporatelevel forecast consolidation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Comfortable with the doubleentry principle of accounting.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling and financial analysis, project financing, investment banking, or M&A is highly preferred.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Detailoriented with a problemsolving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any relevant field.
  • CA, CFA, or CPA is considered a plus.
