Responsibilities:

Configure new and refurbished systems for internal and external customers.
Install, test, troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware related issues.
Meet daily production deadlines as assigned by the Configuration Scheduler.
Communicate with vendor specific and internal technical support staff to resolve technical issues.
Staff are responsible to follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen's Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education in Electronics or related Information Technology program.
Minimum 1 year PC industry experience which includes but is not limited to refurbishing, setup and imaging experience on desktops, notebooks, printers etc.
Fast learner; Proactive selfstarter.
Ability to follow instructions with mínimal guidance; able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail; proven track record of delivering quality work based on precision workmanship.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Able to lift independently a minimum of 30 lbs.
