Summary:

Our Executive Flight Concierge will directly manage our client's flight operation interactions with our company._

Responsibilities:

Build a customized and hassle free flight experience for our clients through strategic initiatives._
Build branding proposals to help maintain the Gold Standard of Corporate Aviation_
Problem solves issues that affect the owner's efficient use of their aircraft._
Interact with our clients and enter their trip details and service requests into the scheduling system._
Ensure that all requests comply with company policies._
Coordinate with the crew, maintenance and the contracts managers for all events relating to the aircraft that affects its availability or ability to conduct missions._
Supervise the trip from creation to completion in order to mitigate any issues that could affect the client._

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree completed_
Background in client service, marketing and branding_
Ability to work outside of normal business hours to satisfy the client's requests._
Considerable aviation knowledge_
Strong client facing communication skills_
Strong multitasking and troubleshooting skills_
Strong IT capabilities_
Multilingual is an advantage_
