Who we are

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in project management
- Preference to those who possess an excellent manufacturing or process engineering background, a superior mechanical aptitude, and proven troubleshooting skills
- Completion or late stage in the PMP certification process required
- Experience working within a smaller company (<30 people)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities in a fastchanging environment
- Excellent command of the MS suite, and working knowledge of Solidworks
- Local, and occasional international travel is required
- Located within 40 minutes of Brantford preferred
Essential Responsibilities
- Drive the operations of machine orders, schedule tasks, ensure operations are on track, verify task completion, and coordinate resources
- Proactively seek to identify risk points and critical steps to mitigate
- Monitor the allocated budgeting of each project and forecasting of resources
- Interact with customers, create agendas, followup on action items
- Ensure customer changes are executed by the team after receipt of customer agreement
- Prepare and manage standard project documentation, such as project status updates, engineering change notices, acceptance checklists, close out forms
- Schedule internal project review meetings with the team, with weekly project updates to management
All applicants must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Walk up to 5 km per day
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and work at heights (training will be provided if required)
- Work in confined spaces (training will be provided if required)
- React quickly to sounds
- Wear protective gear, including safety shoes, glasses, vests, and masks as required
